Guess what? He likes them! I bought 3 pair in different colors. They fit perfectly. They arrived in just a few days and the price was sensational. They don’t have any extra pockets or pleats or hidden storage places and he likes hat. Just plain old golf shorts. Great!

I have no idea why these are labeled golf shorts. IMO they are just awesome, comfortable and sharp looking men’s shorts. Sits just about the knee cap, with a modern shape. NOT CARGO shorts. Much more comfortable than standard khaki material. Breathes extremely well. The “stretch” isnt excessive, its just the right amount of give to keep them comfortable while maintaining shape. Travels extremely well, has almost a wrinkle-free property to it. You could absolutely wear them as “dress shorts” (if that’s a thing). Wish amazon made this item in more, brighter, colors. Will be my go-to summer short.

l loaded a couple of pics that I hope will help you see some of the nice features in these shorts. The inside band and heavy duty button are nicely tailored. The button is not loose like a lot of the shorts I have purchased in the past. The inside double track rubber helps them stay up really well, I need that!
You can see from the pic that the shorts are well tailored, designed to fit well and look really nice. They are not baggy in the rear which I really like.
I give them five stars all the way.

Cheap shorts but seemingly well made, just very small/restrictive in the crotch area. Legs are a bit tight as well. They seem like they are made for skinny jeans wearers. Hopefully they hold up and don’t blow out seams because they aren’t the right sizing for the waist. I ordered 38 because usually the legs are roomier, I’d normally wear 36 but these seem as tight or tighter than my 36’s (IZOD and US Golf). Would not buy again.

I was quite surprised to see and feel how well this short was made.
Material was soft and forgiving that allowed it to conform to my body very well. As I uploaded all the photos, it was very well made without any threads coming out and seams were well sawed and checked.

Great shorts, and for the price its really an amazing deal. I used to wear the Adidas 365 shorts for work on a golf course.
I love them because they are light weight yet tough(using the same pair for almost 3 years now) no rips or tears loose threads etc. And the moisture wicking is great. Only problem is the price. Around $40-50 a pair.
These amazon shorts are the perfect alternative for me. Saving alot of money and still getting quality. They are a little thicker than the 365, but still light and comfortable. Moisture wicking on these is good, but a tad slower than the 365s. The non slip, stretch waist band is great I love it. Verrrryyyy comfortable shorts. For now I’ll give them 4/5. I will update again in 6 months regarding durability

These fit perfect. I bought the size 34. I am 5’11, 180 lbs, athletic build. Fits loose-sh around the waist since I lost a little baby fat there recently, but perfect with a belt. I like the fabric – it feels like a light cotton, but falls and wears like polyester. Light, perfect for summer

Originally purchased size 33 in Olive. Had to exchange for size 34. But, I think the boyfriend has gained a little weight (!), so I’d say the shorts run pretty true to size. They’re a great, deep olive green color, with very nice, soft material, and are a very nice fit. They hang nicely. And, the quality looks good, although I’ve only washed them once before they were tried on/worn. So, I’m not sure how long they’ll last. But, I’d sure like my own pair! Thanks very much! He loves them.

I’m 5′-8″ / 175, mid 40’s and like to drink beer occasionally (no washboard abs here). I normally wear 32″ – 34″ waist depending on the brand pants or shorts. Ordered these in the Classic fit 33″ and they fit fine at the waist and crotch, but were very boxy and too wide at the leg for my preference, build, and frame. Maybe great for a guy with thicker legs but I returned them and ordered the Slim version in 34″ (1″ bigger waist just to make sure) and the fit was perfect! A little stretch is nice and the inseam is great for us shorter guys. They look better than most of the more expensive brands I own. Bought specifically for golf and they are a little fancier than chinos / khakis. Ended up buying 4 pair. Material is nice and they are a great pair of shorts for the price. Slim version was exactly what I was looking for!

I bought 4 Khaki and 2 Black for my son to wear to school in the fall of 2019. He wore these every week for the entire school year (until Covid). They were laundered weekly, never required iron and still look great. He is 5’5″-5’6″ and weighs about 175 he wore the 34″.

I am impressed by the fit and comfort. Regarding wrinkle free, I do not consider them perfect so I rated them a four. In my opinion they are rated higher than four but, I cannot say they are perfect. I do not iron them so that could make a difference. I bought them for comfort and fit and they meet that need.

Needed an extra pair for a golf trip, in a pinch. Didn’t want to spend $80 on what I usually wear (Adidas) since these were a backup pair for my trip. Wow! These were very nicely made, durable, stretched well, and comfortable. I like they have the shirt tail grip material, just like Adidas has. I may buy more of these for next season. Great shorts that fit perfectly, at a great price!

I know these say they are mens but they are definitely unisex. My daughter was looking for a nice pair of Bermuda length shorts and she saw these. The are a nice twill material. The come to her knees. The legs are perfect width, not to wide or too tight. The waist has some elastic with a button and zipper. She prefers the men’s because they have a nice sized side pockets.

My favorite brand of shorts to wear in the summertime are Grand Slam golf shorts. These are very comparable. Grand Slams at Kohl’s are $50, generally on sale for $25-$30. These Amazon Essentials also have a reinforced waistband with a little elasticity built in. The material in the Amazon brand might be a little heavier than the Grand Slam shorts. But you cannot beat the price on these. The fit in the waist (33″ for me) was right on the mark, with plenty of room in the seat and the legs.

These shorts fit me better than any other shorts I have…and they are available in good colors. The price was good for shorts of this quality. I bought 3 pair for this summer and may buy a few more now that I see how they fit.

Great shorts. I played a round of golf in them this morning, and they performed better than I expected. They feel like they’re going to be too heavy for the heat, but they weren’t. Get your normal shorts size, they fit true and there’s an elastic band in the waist. One quirky thing, there’s a smaller pocket in the right pocket that feels like it’s for a ball. Do not use this pocket for a ball. If you’re sweating at all, you’ll have fun trying to get it back out.

My husband works at the Botanical Gardens and wears Shorts all summer. His needed an update so I saw Amazon had these on sale for 15$ a pair. I got him these and I love how easy they are to wash and wear. The crease has stayed very firm and he looks very nice. He said that he likes how well they hold up and the waistband is very flexible and holds up well. The texture is very nice. Sort of soft like nice work slacks but cut to hit at mid thigh. They look very nice!

Okay, so I usually wear a 38, but can get away with a 36 most of the time. I’m glad I read the reviews, got a 40 after reading the advice of other reviewers and I’m glad I did, because they fit great! Nice quality shorts, too. Good fit around thighs too

I don’t see the difference between these and izod shorts. Saved a bunch of money we’ll see how they last. But right now I’m very satisfied. Everything is made in Vietnam or Bangladesh so who cares what the brand is

What an awesome pair of shorts this is my second pair they are not spin flimsy Unum knockoffs they’re durable the pockets are deep the rear pockets are awesome if it my billfold perfect they don’t wrinkle you’re great when I golf easy stretch these are awesome shorts
