   Fantastic, cool, soft comfortable. Dont dry them in a dryer though to avoid shrinking 100% cotton. Hubby wore them in Jamaica in 88f heat and was very comfortable. Great looking dressier version on shorts. Easy to iron or just wash n wear.

   Well designed and made of a good quality cloth. The short remained as it is after few washes. so the color and size are going to stay as it is and not going anywhere.The shorts are very stylish and and comfortable. These are good for summer and for use on beaches. Overall this is a good product and i strongly recommend this product to a friend or family.

   This is a fulfillment, not product, issue but, I can’t seem to get a negative review to post through the “how did we do” site.
   I previously purchased a pair of “Men’s Linen Casual Classic Fit 11 Inch Inseam Elastic Waist Shorts with Drawstring” and really like them. I reordered in a different color and received something I would describe as balloon pants. They hit mid calf, have strangely constructed leg openings and external back pockets (not just flaps, the whole pocket). The return via Kohl’s was ok, so two stars.

   Love these shorts. Fit was as expected. Though color described as beige, they are actually a very pretty yellow, which I prefer anyway. My only negative comment is country of manufacture: China. I always prefer USA when possible, but as we all know, that’s not as easy to find anymore.

   I read the description which said to choose the next largest size to your normal size for a “comfortable” fit. I normally wear a Large so I ordered an Xtra Large and that was still too small. I could barely get the shorts on. So anyone purchasing this product should choose 2 sizes larger.

   On a positive note the fabric is very comfortable to the touch and looks good. Their sizing problem is something they need to fix however. I have never needed to order an XXL (when I normally wear a large) with all other clothing. Again this product runs really small compared to the sizing label.

   I initially bought a pair of these in size small (green, on the right in the attached photo). I really liked them, so I bought another pair also in small (beige, on the left). The green pair fit nicely as a small, whereas the beige pair (also small) are gigantic and go halfway down my shins. I’m upset with the lack of consistency in what are otherwise a nice pair of shorts.

    These beige-colored shorts are similar in appearance to some khaki shorts I own, except that they have a drawstring waist, and are made from a lighter-weight cotton, with a little spandex and have a casual beach vibe to them. I wore them during a long event in the hot sun and was pleased with how cool and comfortable they felt. The two side pockets are deep, so there is less risk of things falling out when you sit I have a 34-inch waist, and slim but muscular legs, and the Large fits me perfectly. At the listed price of $14.99, these are a steal.

    These are neither linen nor cotton.
    I buy clothing made out of linen because I like the properties of the textile. Linen is not the softest fabric in the world, but it does take on a wonderful gentle/firm feel after it gets laundered many times. It is a fabulous hot weather fabric and towels made from this material are unrivaled for pulling water from washed glass ware. On occasion I will purchase linen and cotton blends. You can feel the difference in this cloth, while it still sits on the store hanger. Garments made with this blend are often more economically priced than their pure linen counterparts.

    An imposter is often easily spotted and you don’t need to even take it home to find out. The “hand” of synthetics and their nasty blends is generally apparent in the first moment of contact. This is one of the problems of buying garments on this site. Things claim to be linen (or in this case, “linen and COT TON” whatever that is) but you have to take the listing’s word for it.

    These are some kind of synthetic blend. Without putting a sample under a microscope, I will make a guess that there is some polyester in these and I wouldn’t be surprised to learn that rayon was also used. They end at about two inches below the knee, which is longer than shown in the product’s photos. This means that they will live a brief life as loungewear until I feel that they would be happier in the garbage.

    Amazon will not be replacing the department store anytime soon.

    This is a good enough looking, 50% linen, 50% cotton pair of shorts for the price. I am 5’5″ so if you want it shorter, you can also use the cuffed look. There are some loose threads that can be corrected with a lighter. It’s gonna be 100°f weather this weekend. If all goes well, I’ll probably get another pair in a diff color. These are pics right out of the package.

    First, I do not write reviews very often,but really wanted to here. I have lost some weight and needed some new shorts that fit. I bought two pair of shorts from Amazon. The amazon Good threads shorts said “Fits true to size”. I am between sizes-L/XL, so I ordered the XL figuring that if they were to big the draw string could be used. Well, even with the draw string as tight as it could go these shorts were WAY WAY WAY too big. The material was not comfortable. And, the color was way different than pictured! My first return EVER to Amazon was these shorts!!

    Now the other pair. The pair I am writing this review for. The linen shorts description said order one size up. Now being in between sizes I was in a quandary. But I ordered one size up 2XL figuring, again, if too big draw string would help. When these shorts arrived I was first impressed with the quality–very well made. The color was spot on. And the material was very soft. Most importantly, they fit GREAT!! Perfect around. The waist was was nice and snug without being too tight nor too loose-did not even need to use the draw string!! The fit through the legs was kind of baggy, which I like, gives you room to move. The length, 11 inches, came to just above the knee ( I am 5’11”), again, just how I like them!!! The material was light weight and breathable– perfect for the hot Florida sun!! Not sure how they wash–but cold and delicate should prevent shrinkage. If they get a little wrinkled–no big deal to me!

    I would order these again–wait, I did, different color but same shorts. Hope they fit as good!!
    I would recommend these shorts!!!!!

    I work from home and keep my temperature a little high to keep the electrical bill down during the Summer. I needed a very lightweight and comfortable short and this is exactly I got. Im 200lbs 5’10” 34″ waist and got large and they fit just right…good length and snug around waist.

    I bought these shorts because I couldn’t find a similar such pair in women’s. They are definitely men’s shorts–more narrow through the hip and thigh. I bought a 2xl and normally wear an 18 in women’s sizes. They were snug, but the fabric has some stretch, so they are wearable. Oddly, for a man’s short they have a super high waist–more like a woman’s short. Super high. I have high waisted jeans and these are as high, if not higher, than those. The fabric is not a super thin linen–feels like it is not just linen. There are pockets that are definitely made out of a slick synthetic material (which will be hot).

    **Amendment**–wearing these is a positive experience. They’ve stretched out nicely through the hip and back. The high waist is nice, in fact. Nice to not have to keep pulling them up. Rolled up the legs a few times to make a cuff–and they are both cute and comfortable. Amended my star rating from 3 to 5.

    I wanted some very loose comfy shorts and these are perfect. Laundered just fine. Since they are a linen/cotton blend, they are very soft. I only wish they had striped versions! Excellent value. Only one observation: The product describes having back pocket, but they do not. That didn’t bother me. A big plus was that the front pockets are lined.

    I returned there the day after I got them. I ordered the XL size, but they were too small (I have 38 waist), but the real problem was they don’t have room around the thighs, it was hard to move in them. They were light weight and may could have been comfortable if bigger, but I won’t be getting another pair.
    They have no back pockets and the front pockets are shallow. A full size phone barely fits, and can easily fall out when you sit down.

    I’m not putting this product down, per se, but I am saying to others who are interested in buying it to save yourself a LOT of money and just go to your local outlet store and buy a pair of cheap gym shorts for six bucks. Ultimately, it’s my fault for not more carefully reading the description. I’m not saying the seller is misleading anyone. I am saying these are cheap, and I mean five dollar cheap, gym shorts that at least for me, run very small. I order XXL and they are at BEST, XL. Again, go to your local outlet store and buy five there for what you pay for the same thing here.
