I did alot of research on these before buying because im a bigger guy and i dont usually buy clothes on line in fear of being too small or not fitting right. I was very pleased when these came and fit perfectly, usually with guys my size there is alot of riding in the crotch and the legs are either too long or too short, with these they are not the case. I usually wear size 48 and these fit with plenty of room. The tie cord is strong and quality and they are light and very breezy. If you tucked in the cord they could be worn in less casual situations or even as lounge pants. They are versatile and comfortable.

These fit as we had hoped. Purchased in the size Medium (34-36). My bf is about 5’8, 175lbs and a true size Large and 34-36 bottoms. The drawstring and stretch really allows for the most comfortable fit. Especially if you are between sizes. The material is thin enough for the summer weather here in Florida but sturdy enough that the shorts do not look cheap. The stitching is well done also!
The only gripe we have about these shorts is that they are not exactly khaki as pictured in the description. They are closer to a yellow/cream. Which is disappointing because the khaki color is the only reason we needed to order these shorts. Sadly, we will have to find a khaki colored short somewhere else. The green shorts we’ve ordered however are true to color and I can say the same positive things about the green shorts as I’ve said about the “khaki” colored shorts.
He said the shorts have some stretch to them considering how stiff they look when we first took them out of the packaging. You will see his attempt to show you the movement of these shorts in the photos. The length is also something he mentioned was great about these, they are not too long and not too short!
Despite the awkward color, we will try these same shorts in different colors as they are perfect for our cruise to Mexico.

My husband loves these! They are knee length which is perfect for him – he is 5’5″ – so if you are taller they may hit somewhat higher on thigh. They are nice and cool, lightweight, but not thin. He is stocky, about 160.

Needed these for a work uniform which called for white shorts, was pleasantly surprised by how perfectly they fit and how comfortable they were. Used them for many years and have only stopped using them because I no longer work there and have used them until they couldn’t possibly hold up any longer. My ONE con for these pants is they’re a little thin, so be prepared for people to see your underwear in the right conditions.

I love these shorts. They are exactly as advertised. They are super comfortable and light. Great for summer weather. I will say that I wasn’t aware before I bought them that they have elastic at the top. So the draw string is more decoration than functional. But that doesn’t detract from them for me. Might even buy more pairs.

Came a little small but not detrimentally so. The material is lightweight and has thus far proven more durable than I expected. If I have one complaint it’s that the elastic waist band is not secured in any way so sometimes, especially after a wash, it will be twisted and needs to be manually straightened/flattened out unless you are a monster who doesn’t care about such things.

Was afraid of buying shorts via Amazon, but these are stretchy, lightweight and true to size. I’m bout to get all the colors. Big men of the world, get you some.

It’s on me for not noticing that these are linen shorts… which means they look permanently wrinkled unless you want to iron them (and who wants to do that with casual pants).
The choice of stitching color is odd… bright red on light gray shorts stands out a bit more than I’d like.
But the real problem (aside from the wrinkling), is two fold:
A. The waist band elastic apparently isn’t tacked in. After only a few wearings, it’s warped internally (folded over or twisted).
B. The cord is long enough to tie around your waist and use the excess to lace up a pair of hiking boots.
Despite that, they are comfortable enough, and they fit the bill OK for their purpose… sitting out a hot COVID summer with excess accumulation of inches from inactivity – but I wouldn’t buy them again.

Great quality and comfort. I got the lighter khaki color, and it’s bright and solid. Sturdy drawstring. Only problem is the rear pocket. It is a bit too short for a standard wallet, risking the chance of it falling out unnoticed. However, that didn’t stop me from buying another pair in navy blue!
