I’m an older guy but decide that it was time to add jean shorts to my closet. Really all-purpose. They seem to work for everyday wear and even a little “dress up” with a cool shirt. Also, we’re in the middle of a heat wave here in Philly!

Ordered them for my husband …delivery was on time ..price was great .. and fit my hubby perfect ..true to size..will absolutely recommend this seller and the Lee shorts..

I like jean shorts, and I like Lee, but these are not long enough for someone who is over 6′ to be honest. They ride up a bit too, maybe because I bought a size up, but I feel they ride up. And they are not long enough. They are acceptable, but they tend to ride up when you sit down.

Lee had become my favorite brand due to the back belt loops (triple in close -rather than single as in Levi’s). These denim shorts are as always been in the Lee brand and as of now, with quality denim used!. (Due note: in the regular denim jean long leg pants – there has been a change in the denim used – not up to the quality as there has been in the past)!

Have loved Lee for over 50 years, fit, look and color.
AI guy in New York –
These say model 21810 with 100% cotton, but the Lee web site says model 21810 is 1% Spandex. Why does this matter? The cuffs curl up! Also, I don’t like a 10″ inseam as this binds on my knees, so I made them into 8″ cut-offs. I think this just made the curling problem worse. Would not buy again.

I just love the study metal button. Other shorts have sewed on plastic, which always breaks, even if it’s too big on you. Lee Jeans are my favorite since the buttons don’t break. I wish the inseam were a bit less, but alas.

I needed some shorts for an upcoming vacation in the south and noticed my older shorts were getting a little snug so I ordered a little larger waist and they fit perfect!

I’m a small guy (5’4″) and length-wise they fit okay, but they’re a little wide. The fabric of the legs tend to stick out a little sideways (even after several washes over 2 months or so) while being flat against the front and back of my leg. It’s not a deal-breaker, I still wear them in public. If you’re looking for a tight fitting look, get another pair of shorts, these are on the baggy side.
Amazon Customer –
Great quality, however these shorts do not fit like “Regular fit” Lee jeans. They fit more like “Relaxed fit” and are baggy in seat and legs. Ordered a pair of Levi’s regular fit and they are much more flattering on my husband. He is thin and prefers Lee in jeans, but Levi’s in shorts for this reason. These Lee shorts are a better fit for folks with thicker hips and thighs. Good quality denim!

Have always liked and purchased Lee jeans and decided to try the short and they fit perfectly and are very comfortable.

Lee has changed the weave and color of this short. The new weave is coarser and has striations that were not present in the previous iteration. The color also appears lighter than it used to, which could be a function of the new weave and/or a change in the actual dye. Upon inquiry with Lee customer service I was informed the that their fabric supplier changed and indeed the weave is not the same. They are aware of the differences in feel and appearance, but the model number remains the same.

Unlike many products I have bought these shorts have not changed through the years. My husband loves them. They are very durable, great fit.

Lee is a good brand for jeans without doubt, u won’t be regret.
it’s comfy and durable, nice looking and fit perfectly.
Deb V –
Great length and not too thick or thin. Like the material and color.

These shorts were a perfect fit right from the start. I’m a slender to medium build, and don’t appreciate an overly baggy fit. These Lee denim shorts have just the right amount of room in the leg/rear area, without giving the feeling that you may have inadvertently put on a ‘skort’. The seven belt loops keep your belt in place nicely. Additional color choices would be nice, but all-in-all these shorts are worth the money.
The Doom Merchant –
Bought these to use in a Jane Lane costume for Halloween, and they performed admirably. Solidly made, but since I don’t wear shorts, I can guarantee that other than for costuming purposes, I will never wear these again. Still! If I did, I’m sure they would hold up well. Not flimsily-made or overly thin. And the legs fold up to become shorter quite well, if you, too, are considering getting them for a Jane Lane costume.

Bought a pair for my husband. Great quality and good price. Ended up ordering another pair after receiving the first order.

Ann Aurelio –
I purchased two pairs of these for my husband. He’s rough on clothes so I like to buy him jeans shorts, the problem is most of them are way too long. These are at least a little above the knee and are not made to wide in the legs. They look much better on him then some of the other name brands. We always buy Lee’s when purchasing long jeans; we always like the fit and as well as the wear. I am happy with this purchase and will buy again.

Lee products are dependable, wear well, and fits the same each time. My go-to brand for shorts and jeans.
Oliver Kuehne –
I’m a very small guy, and normally wear in between a 26 and a 29 depending on the brand, so these being a bit big wasn’t the hugest surprise, however I couldn’t wear them as they were without distressing them because of how much they belled at the bottom! These are definitely made for the older gentleman style wise, and not for anyone younger then 50.
Dan W –
I ordered the classic fit based on the product description and image. The item that was delivered was a classic fit but way too wide in the shorts. It looks nothing like the product image.

These fit me well and seem very durable. I’m about 5′ 10″, 185 lbs., and got these in a size 34 waist. The range of views on fit had me curious, since it didn’t seem so large to me, so I measured the leg opening and compared them to a pair of size 34 Wrangler jean shorts. They were identical, each about 25″. Compared them to Merona cargo shorts (also size 34) and found the Lee opening was about an inch larger. For those who wear dressier shorts, which often have more tapered legs, this opening may seem a little large, but I go for more casual active-wear/working shorts, and the Lee leg opening is pretty similar to everything I have. I didn’t find these to be as baggy as the ones labeled “relaxed fit,” but they seem a little roomier than some of the slimmer cut shorts aimed at teenagers. In shirts, I look for tapered large sizes (regular fit larges are way too big around the stomach for me, mediums too small around the chest), but the waist on these shorts didn’t seem too roomy, although it’s definitely not snug.

These were on sale for ~$15 each so I got a few pair. After mostly wearing Carhartts for many years, these definitely feel thin, cheap and probably not very durable. For inexpensive, disposable shorts, they’re okay. Sizing seemed correct.
