I thought I’d try these instead of buying Levi”s 505 shorts……what a mistake! While I like the 9 inch length, the waist size is too big! I wear a 33 waist and these are labeled as 33 waist, but they start to droop as soon I would take a dozen steps! Another reviewer said the same…..that you need to wear a belt with these to keep them up otherwise you’ll be looking like one of those gangsta wannabes. If you must buy these, I suggest that you order them at least 2 inches smaller than you usual waist size! For me, I’ll be ordering up a pair of 505 shorts from J C Penney for $3.00 more!

PERFECT! My husband is 5’5 135 lb. Size 28 is usually too snug and size 30 is way too big. I took a gamble and ordered 3 different washes of these in size 29, and wow, right on the money! Haven’t washed them yet, but he was happy when he tried them on with how comfortable they feel. There’s a bit of stretch and not stuff at all. Will buy again in the future!

These are black Denim short jeans. They are well made with the stitching 1st rate. The zipper is very high quality & the metal embellishments are a nice designer touch. This is a lighter denim which is not stiff. The shorts are comfortable. I received the 30 waist size & my waist is about that. The fit is excellent so sizing is on point with this Amazon brand. Overall, these are a great pair of jean shorts at an affordable price which can rival Levis & other well known brands. 5 stars.

Distressed black cutoffs seem like a totally retro style. And they are. And they’re cool again. I have to say that these are really quite nice shorts. The distressing is natural-looking. It doesn’t look like it has been sprayed on with a template. And there is a little intentional tear/distress near the left pocket as well, which adds to the look. These are quite stretchy, and a nice slim fit. I’m normally a 31 and ordered a 32 in these. I think they’re pretty true to size. The waist is definitely a little big on these, but nothing a belt won’t take care of. And I’m concerned that if I had gone down to a 30 they would have been too small (lots of companies don’t make 31 waist, and it wasn’t available when I requested these). The cut-off hem is pretty clean when you receive it, but it frays more after a wash (as you can see). I like it better after washing.
Overall I really like the fit and feel of these. I’ll be wearing them a lot when the weather warms up.

Straightforward and exemplary planned shorts. They fit true to form and had no bad things to say. The tone is dim and the denim looks intense to last through numerous wears. They are the ideal snazzy shorts to go into the mid year. These are incredible thin fit shorts. My 32 midsection size shorts fit precisely true to form. The denim is perfect, not very dainty nor excessively thick. The denim likewise has a versatile quality to them, making these shorts truly agreeable. Extraordinary shorts for regular wear since summer is going to show up.
