These are great! Wanted high waisted boy shorts for swim bottoms and tried a few other pairs first that didn’t fit right. These fit well with good cut, sizing is right and they fit just like shown in the picture. The material is good, color didn’t fade, and can’t see through. Highly recommend.

I have bigger legs and glutes. I wanted coverage so I could be comfortable. I prefer high waisted bottoms because they just make me feel good. I purchased about $90 worth of swim bottoms from target to try out. I am going to return them all and stick with these. These meet my criteria for a good swim short. I think I’ll be comfortable enough to sit by the pool.

I am 5’6 and weigh about 220. I usually wear size 18/2x pants. After reading reviews I decided to order a size bigger and I’m glad I did! I got the 3x and they fit perfectly! They are long enough to keep me covered.

Ok. Read the reviews on these and they sounded like they were exactly what I was looking for. Something to hide the cellulite on my thighs, something to hold in the baby pooch that hasn’t yet gone away (might have to try exercising *sigh*), and something that didn’t add to the already present love handles. Seemed like these were it. I ordered them, got them in the mail, pulled them out of the package, and saw that they not only had elastic around the waist but you could SEE that it was an elastic waistband. I already feel old because I am trying to hide all of the “mom” tell tale signs, an elastic band was NOT going to help my look! I almost put them right back in the package and returned them, but I decided that I already had them out so why not just try them on. Good thing I did!!! They fit gloriously, made me look and feel like a normal human being (which never happens when wearing a swimming suit), and you couldn’t even see that it was an elastic waistband like I originally feared. Definite 5 starts! I might even order a second pair…..

I typically have a difficult time with bathing suit bottoms and being too loose along the waist band. These fit GREAT! I would absolutely buy them again. Super cute cutout on the side of the bottom trim, that is just enough to to add detail. I ordered a medium and I am 150lbs and 5’9”

*I* didn’t pay enough attention to the sizing chart that says that the sizes are one size smaller than US sizes. So even though the chart says a size large is a US 12, it is not. I’m a size 11 in women’s but the 12 I ordered from here was tight. It fits, it’s just not comfortable at all because of the tightness. Ordered a 14 and it fits much better. Don’t be like me, pay attention 🙂

I ordered a size bigger bc the reviews said too since the size chart says to in red letters at the bottom, but that is wrong. I usually wear a medium/large, so I ordered an XL and they were too big:(. I also ordered this pair of high waisted swim shorts to hide some of my belly fat but it did nothing what so ever to flatten anything, no yummy control at all. I’m pretty disappointed actually. Looks like I’ll have to buy a pair of yoga shorts with tummy control which do look great under my T-shirt swim top I got, but all of my yoga shorts that I already have are too long… I did give it three stars bc they are cute, but don’t fit right…. So if you need tummy control but yoga ones I guess…

Found a cute top but they didnt have any buttons . Just had a baby 6 weeks ago so still feeling insecure and wanted a high waisted bottom. Bought these and i feel comfortable. Im 5,7 about 182 lbs and i bought a large.
Please read the instructions that came with the. “Please do not expose this product directly to the sun”. Or any water over 86 degrees. So it seems you cant wear this at the beach, in a hot tub, or anywhere around sunscreen. Not sure how accurate that is over time but we will see.

I am generally a size small (4), but because it is swimwear, I ordered a Medium. I am about 5’3, 112 lbs, my widest hip measurement is about 35.5″ and my waist is 27”. The medium fit me perfectly. I don’t like anything too tight, they fit comfortably without being too loose. They are high waist, fully lined front and back, and well made. They aren’t cut too short either. The inseam length is about 3”, the side seam is about 11”. I am very happy with my purchase.

I love these so much! I searched all over for high waisted boy short, swim shorts! I wanted them to still look like a bathing suit, so on the tighter side, while still covering my butt and mom pooch. I got an S and they are perfect!! I’m 5’3 and 123lbs. They are high enough to qualify as high waisted for me.Colors are vibrant and the material seems to be good quality. I’m hoping they’ll hold up well over time. Overall super happy with this purchase!

LOVED these swimsuit shorts. I ordered a small and a medium (5’0″ – 114lbs). The small fit me great. The medium was a tad large but wore it anyway because I loved the fit. They come down long enough to cover the top of the thigh. I am 60 and too young for skirts and no longer want the traditional style suit. They do not ride up and are comfortable in the waist.

I’m happy with these. Shopping online for swimwear is a daunting task! I’ve put on more than a few pandemic pounds, pretty much all in my belly. I look pregnant more than fat. I have swim tops that still fit. But, the bottoms don’t and a belly roll falls out when I stand up. Buying the high waisted black shorts in a larger size allows me to use those tops. They fit me well and cover the whole belly. They’re not top of the line quality but not really flimsy either. The packaging was great. They came in a plastic zip lock type bag and had the hygienic liner. It would make returns very easy if necessary. For me, they’re great.

These look great! They are a bit intrusive in the crotch area so I still wear my bikini bottoms underneath. I purchased them in a different color because I love them so much. They are perfect if you are active at the beach or there are a lot of waves because sometimes bikini bottoms by themselves fail at staying on during these moments. I am used to needing to order up a size so that shorts will fit my thighs accordingly. I was pleasantly surprised that these fit great in my normal size (L) and were even a little loose around my thighs (the way shorts typically would be at the leg hole). I would say that these fit true to size, order down a size if you want them to be fully snug around your thighs. I personally am a fan of the wiggle room. The are super high-waisted and went over my belly button and then some. Tummy control is minor. They definitely fall somewhere between regular short-short length/style and boyshorts so they have good butt coverage. Seem to be a good quality and are fully lined.
For reference, I ordered the curved arc style in black. I am 5’5 and 165lbs, typically a large in bottoms and 10-12 in jeans.

These run a little smaller than true size, I am comfortable in a large but usually get away with medium just fine, I think because they are so fitted, in order to have it fit comfortably, sizing up is recommended. I love the side ruching and string pull, it makes it look very cute and not just like normal biker shorts, perfect for full coverage of my bikini area while still be cute for the pool or beach.

It is always hard to find extra boy short swimming trunks to go with my takins . I often wear them with t-shirts just because they fit & stay in place better than shorts. Love the fit & length of these swim shorts. I am 73 years old & 5’1″ and the small fits perfect.

I really love these high waist swim shorts. I go whitewater kayaking and I was looking for something modest and ready for adventure. These shorts are cute and flattering while also being no nonsense. I can’t wear anything with added embellishments or dangly decor for fear of getting it caught on debris in the rapids. With these shorts, I don’t have to worry about any wardrobe malfunctions and I can still be incredibly active. My favorite thing about these shorts is that I can easily put my wetsuit on over them without added bulk. I will be coming back for more.

I have been looking for these exact swim bottoms at a reasonable price in black and these are perfect. Quality is there, fit is as expected although I did order 1 size larger than the “true fit” suggestion based on my own previous experiences with swimwear.
If I needed more swimwear, I would definitely look at the selection from this brand again.

It is so hard to find reasonably priced swim shorts that fit. I normally wear a 14 and I ordered XL based on other reviews. These fit perfectly and the price was very reasonable compared to $40-$60 at large retailers. They are double thick and provide enough coverage. I haven’t had the chance yet to wear them in the water, but they should be fine.

Finally found the perfect bottoms.
I love these shorts, they are so comfortable to swim in and flattering. I was between two sizes, I went with large because the medium were just a little tight. I have hips and big butt, they didn’t really rid up either, which always happens when I wear swim bottoms. The only little improvements I would say, a flatter seam in the front.

These fit so nice and very comfortable. They are high waisted so they hide the pooch. I will say they are a little cheeky in the rear. I’m not a public swimmer so these work fine but if you are a bit self conscious about your cheeks showing then maybe go up a size.
